Return & Exchange Policy

At Littletrends, we strive to deliver handpicked, high-quality fashion for your little ones. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're happy to offer an easy and transparent exchange process.


1. Exchanges Only

We currently offer exchanges onlyno returns or refunds. If you've received a wrong or defective item or need a different size, we're here to help.


2. Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Request an Exchange

Please reach out to us through either of the following channels:

Include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the product (especially in case of damage or defect)
  • Original packaging visible in the images

4. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or lacking original packaging may be declined.

Note: Shoes must be tried indoors, preferably on a carpeted surface. For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear are not eligible for exchange.


5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as swimwear
  • Custom-made, personalized, or pre-order items
  • Items exchanged once already

6. Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to the exchange process.
  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • If your exchange is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 working days.
  • Once received, the product will be quality-checked and processed within 3–7 working days.

7. Credit Notes

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 12 months, which can be used for any future purchase on www.littletrends.com.au


8. Important Notes

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.
  • We do not offer refunds, except in rare cases of order cancellation due to product unavailability.
  • Colour variations may occur due to professional lighting during photoshoots.

9. Disclaimer

Any exchange item that does not meet our quality standards or violates the above conditions will be returned at the customer’s expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such cases.
